Job Details

Salary: circa £80,000, negotiable based on expertise
Location: Flexible/Remote working may be possible (IFIC's administrative office is in Oxford, UK)

The International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) is an independent, not-for-profit body (a Dutch Stichting) which seeks to promote the development and delivery of better integrated services across the spectrum of health and social care.

Changes in public expectations, the aging of the world's population, new technologies, financial pressures and evolving professional roles mean that long-standing, fragmented approaches to care cannot be sustained. Health and care system leaders around the world are actively pursuing new, more integrated, seamless and efficient approaches to meeting people's needs.

IFIC is playing a lead role in a global movement for change - shaping the policy agenda for integrated care, developing evidence-based approaches and supporting policymakers, care providers and care recipients in their implementation.

This is an exciting time for IFIC which has responded well to the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and continues to mature as an organisation in terms of governance and strategy. It will be essential for the new CEO to work with the Board to develop and implement strategic and business plans, build partnerships and be an advocate. Much work will be outward facing in order to raise the profile of the foundation whilst providing operational management through three Directors.

You will be a resilient and entrepreneurial senior leader who can steer IFIC through this period of change and use its exceptional brand and global network to ensure that it continues at the forefront of this international movement. You will have prior experience of working with a Board, ideally have experience of managing geographically dispersed teams and be able to demonstrate track record in having worked with an organisation to generate increased revenues.

Ideally you will bring an expert knowledge of integrated care, but as a minimum you will require a good understanding of health and or care at a strategic level.

To find out more about this exciting opportunity, please email executive@tpp.co.uk for an information pack. Alternatively contact Matt Adams or Brigitte Stundner at our search partners, TPP Recruitment, on 020 7198 6060. The closing date is Midnight Sunday 3rd January 2021. Initial interviews with TPP Recruitment will be completed by Thursday 7th January 2021. First interviews with the IFIC recruitment panel will be held during the w/c 18th January 2021.
