Job Details

We are working with a disability charity to recruit an Assistant Director, The charity supports people with complex needs and multiple disabilities, with an emphasis on family relationships.


As the Assistant Director, you will deliver the strategic plan of the organisation with oversight of operational challenges and successes, ensuring services are cost effective and delivering contracts.

You will also ensure a culture of safety and good practice that supports the organisations strategic plan.

Expertise required for the Assistant Director:

* Clear leadership qualities and a passion for the cause
* Knowledge of the legislative and quality frameworks for the sector
* Experience of managing the development of services through troubleshooting and change management
* Excellent communication and negotiating skills
