Do you love Yorkshire? Do you love wildlife? Do you have a proven track record of managing a highly effective and efficient in-house membership recruitment team? Are you an experienced fundraiser?

This organisation are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Membership Recruitment Manager to direct and support their growing team of Wildlife Supporter Officers to consistently achieve and exceed a range of ambitious face-to-face recruitment targets. The post holder will be a key ambassador and advocate for the trust’s work throughout Yorkshire and will be highly motivated to make a difference for Yorkshire’s wildlife and wild places.

The post holder must have excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of audiences, be highly organised and motivated by consistently exceeding financial targets. The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of office-based computing software, have a successful track record in membership recruitment and have a full driving licence.
