Job Details
We are working with a well known animal welfare charity to recruit a part time Database Officer, the successful candidate will have experience of using relational databases within the charity sector. You will be working within a small team, supporting the Database Manager with business as usual tasks, you will also act as the first point of contact for any user queries.
Main duties for the Database Officer:
Creating data import processes
Data reconciliation from direct debits and cheques
Produce basic reporting
Manage data quality checks
Amend and update supporter records
Acting as a support desk function
Essential criteria:
Previous experience of using a relational database
GDPR knowledge
Experience of managing imports and reconciliation
Ability to produce basic reports using pre defined dashboards
