Providing an effective and efficient membership support service to our network of local Citizens Advice is at the heart of this role and you will be responsible for transforming the way we provide support alongside acting as the organisational focal point for our membership relationship.

Within this role you will be accountable for setting the strategy for the delivery of membership support and relationship management and how we monitor and measure it to ensure our approach is user focused, sustainable and supports the strategic objectives of the organisation.

You will be responsible for delivering an efficient, accessible support service and ensuring extensive and effective collaboration across the organisation alongside building relationships with local Citizens Advice and supporting the delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives through those relationships and regular engagement with the network.

A strategic thinker, with the vision and capacity to think about the long term future of membership support and relations, as well as the here and now, you will be an exceptional people manager bringing the best out of your team, ensuring efficient operational delivery and effective financial management

Your sector background is not important, your desire to build and maintain strong and effective relationships and deliver an exceptional service that meets the demanding needs of our network is. You will be an adaptable, accountable and ambitious individual, with the reach and impact to advance our services to deliver against our vision, mission and values at Citizens Advice.

The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 5 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham, Leeds, and Liverpool, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
