The Fostering Network is the UK’s leading fostering charity, bringing together everyone who is involved in the lives of fostered children to make foster care the very best it can be.
We are looking for an experienced communications and marketing professional to join our dynamic external relations division for six months. You will be a confident team player who is able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation and have a strong attention to detail.
In this role you will be leading and coordinating our annual fostering awareness campaign, Foster Care FortnightTM. You will be responsible for delivering all activity to project manage the campaign, in conjunction with the communications and marketing teams. This includes developing engaging content for press, broadcast, online and social media, working with designers to produce a range of effective marketing collateral and delivering a short film in conjunction with an external filmmaker.
You will have had substantial experience of managing projects or awareness campaigns in a charity setting.
