Up to £57,000 (plus car allowance)

Are you an experienced Band 7 (or equivalent) Registered Nurse with in depth CQC regulatory experience looking for your next career move?
Our client are seeking to appoint a Head of Regulated Care Services to lead its regulated care functions including their domiciliary care services and growth into the residential nursing care services. This is a new role within their senior management team and will be crucial to enable the Care service to be successful in the continued delivery and development of outstanding care.
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage different audiences effectively at all levels of seniority. You will have ability to manage and build effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. You will have proven leadership ability and clinical expertise with clear evidence of contribution at strategic level and development of services.
- Provide advice and direction in the strategic planning and business development of the Care service and the Group by informing the development and implementation of the company’s and the Group’s approach to meeting the needs of those requiring regulated care
- Provide clinical advice to the Executive Director Care and Support, colleagues within regulated service and others within the Care service to ensure that regulatory requirements are met and service users receive the highest quality of care achievable.
- Be a visible and effective leader, modelling exemplary behaviour for staff in promoting a culture of delivering high quality customer-centred services.
