Circa £35,000 per annum

Our client has grown significantly over the past few years, building quality homes and investing in their local communities. Their ambition is to be the landlord of choice in Maidstone and mid Kent therefore they recognise that they need to continue to focus and strengthen their foundations to ensure their buildings are safe and they provide an excellent customer experience.

Following the launch of their new Corporate Plan and Operations Service Strategy, now is an exciting time to be joining them. You will be part of a newly structured Property team in their Operations directorate and play a key role in shaping their future.

What you'll be doing

As their Asset Investment Analyst, you will support the Asset Manager to plan and deliver their short, medium and long-term asset management investment programmes. You will take the lead on the management of data, providing analysis and information across the business to ensure effective decision making in relation to the active asset management strategy.

More about you. What can you bring? 

They are looking for an individual who holds a degree or who is qualified by experience and ideally holds a qualification in either housing, business or finance. 

You will be able to bring your experience of budget setting, cost control and reviewing and analysing data along with your knowledge of using an asset management database, such as Keystone, to inform investment decisions as well as day to day delivery.  

The successful candidate will also have the ability to prioritise, meet changing deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £35,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.

Their head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in their modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working.
