I am working on behalf an INGO who has a new opportunity for Head of Fundraising and Communications to join them on a permanent basis.

As Head of Fundraising & Comms you will be responsible for delivering a Fundraising & Marketing strategy and oversee all marketing communications for the organisation. You will be required to increase charitable donations from a variety of donors across the UK whilst leading a team of fundraisers.

You will need to have previously worked in a senior fundraising position, have experience in leading a team, previously developed a fundraising strategy, have a good grasp on all things digital and have experience in a range of fundraising disciplines, particularly individual giving , community/ mass and a good working knowledge of philanthropy.

You will be joining a supportive and a diverse INGO, the organisation offers a 35-hour week, generous holiday allowance of 37 days, flexible working and encourage a healthy work-life balance.
