Our client is seeking a highly credible Head of Income Generation to further develop on their excellent commercial activities including their Fundraising, Retail, Communications and Marketing functions operating across East Anglia.
They want a dynamic, strategic leader who will build on the huge success of their GoGo sculpture trails and the year on year increase in sales they achieve in their 47 shops. They put relationships at the heart of what they do so they need an engaging, enthusiastic person to join their ambitious and innovative Leadership team.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of defining and developing commercial strategies to generate income according to the organisations objectives and to accelerate growth. You will need significant experience developing business, generating income streams, engaging supporters and securing fundraising opportunities.
A strong financial background is required as you will be monitoring and forecasting the commercial budget alongside developing and negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships.
You will have a track record of developing talent, effectively leading and building teams. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be confident building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally and will have a relentless focus on positive outcomes, creating new and better means to achieve business success. You will have experience of working with Communication and Marketing colleagues and driven to present the charity positively on all platforms.
They are looking for a proactive can-do individual who can hit the ground running, demonstrating positive impact through new business development. You will need to enjoy working across a variety of sectors to convey important messages about their critical work. They would welcome candidates with experience of CRM, digital technology, strategic and sponsorship development.

About the Charity
They have 47 Charity shops, with a wide geographical spread, which are a vital source of non-statutory funding, together with outstanding fundraising operations.
They employ around 450 staff and 900 volunteers, the majority of the latter in its shops. The staff are located primarily in Norfolk, with the main administrative offices in Norwich.
