Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation are seeking an experienced CEO to manage day-to-day operations of the organisation. The CEO will play a critical role in managing the governance of the charity, build and model an ethical and sustainable culture, provide inspired leadership to the Executive Team and establish a great working relationship with the Board of Trustees. The CEO will develop and spearhead a Donor Relationship Management Plan to seek opportunities and new funding relationships. We are looking for an individual with essential experience within the 3rd sector and a strong link to the work within BLCF.
