TPP's Fundraising and Development team is delighted to be supporting an amazing East Anglia-based Children's charity, with the search for a Head of Fundraising.

The charity is looking for someone with a strong track record in leading fundraising teams and the ability to work with colleagues to devise, then implement a diversified income generation strategy. The role will require you to be capable in balancing the development of this strategy with its operational delivery through leading and inspiring a team of fundraisers and developing excellent working practise.

You will be highly experienced and skilled in developing strong relationships with a diverse set of supporters and able to influence across a wide network of stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the charity. Your passion for ensuring that supporters reach their potential will be matched with your drive for success and your natural resilience in the face of a challenging fundraising environment.

The charity delivers services across the breadth of the East Anglia region, so candidates must be wlling to travel throughout the area on a semi-frequent basis. The charity has offices in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, so the role can be based from any one of these locations.
