Harris Hill are working with this wonderful children's charity to recruit for two new Philanthropy Managers. One of the Philanthropy Manager positions covers Yorkshire and the East Midlands. As the Philanthropy Manager for Yorkshire and the East Midlands you will, with the support of the team manager, shape and then drive new business activity in the region, secure new high value prospects, increase the organisation's donor pipeline and delivering new income. In this role you will also be responsible for the maintenance and development of existing donor relationships and the delivery of income from all those supporters/potential supporters for whom you are responsible.

This role is fantastic for excellent relationship fundraisers. This candidate will be contributing to the Fundraising division's purpose of maximising income from supporters and, crucially, potential supporters by carrying out effective fundraising activity. It is balance of looking after existing donors, as well as fanning out and seeking new potential leads too.

This role is home based in either Yorkshire (with easy access to Leeds/Bradford) or East Midlands (with easy access to Nottingham), requiring the ability to travel throughout the region.
