-Has overall responsibility of the client account for Convalescent Plasma within the Customer Marketing team and plays an essential team-leading role, in working with the client, understanding briefs, delegating projects, monitoring workflow and successfully coordinating resources needed to deliver work. Thereby leading the Customer Marketing team to provide the utmost level of client service.
-Working with the client to scope out work and then liaise with relevant Customer Marketing project leads to ensure projects/ campaigns and activity are properly scoped, managed and delivered on time and to brief.
-This also includes ensuring the smooth production of campaigns - from briefing designers and copywriters, to ensuring work is delivered on time
-Attending all campaign and client meetings and briefings, feeding back requirements to the Customer Marketing team.
-Develops excellent working relationships with clients at all levels
-Develops an excellent understanding of the clients needs, priorities and drivers.
-Overcomes opposition or lack of engagement using high levels of interpersonal and communication skills, such as motivation, negotiation and empathy.
-Produces timely and accurate communications to all relevant parties, providing regular and accurate reports to senior management (to Board Paper standard), stakeholders and client/users as appropriate, using a range of reporting mechanisms/tools.
-Influences internal stakeholders, including Customer Marketing team to keep project activities on track and to deliver to agreed quality criteria, effectively sharing information to guide decisions and negotiations.
-Conveys, negotiates and challenges highly complex information (e.g., in respect of analysing potential options to meet customer requirements) to a range of audiences often at senior management level.
-Works across organisational and specialist boundaries to secure effective engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, maintaining collaborative relationships that ensure requirements and solutions are well-informed and appropriate.
-Analyses and assesses complex quantitative and qualitative information from different sources to recommend a solution or evaluate the impact of an initiative (e.g., in respect of identifying and assessing options to meet customer requirements).
-Analyses performance data, looking at trends to identify areas for improvement and collaboration. Pulling information from different on and offline sources and using both quantative and qualitative data.
-Assesses the relative priorities of information requests, ensuring deadlines are met and anomalies are communicated quickly.
-Raises, manages and monitors risks and issues, evaluates their impact and identifies mitigating action.
-Estimates and negotiates timescales and resource requirements from the Customer Marketing team allocating or re-allocating tasks to the team to meet organisational requirements
-Helps to prepare, maintain and monitor realistic plans to ensure milestones are successfully met, often competing with complicated conflicting situations.
Applies the necessary skills and knowledge to respond to unplanned situations, such as acting quickly to re-align a project plan.
Takes responsibility for planning and organising a number of client projects concurrently.
The Government has asked the organisation to rapidly scale the collection, manufacture and distribution of convalescent plasma (CP) to ICU and other hospital patients across UK to treat patients with COVID-19. The Convalescent Plasma team are looking to target a certain demographic and are looking for candidates who have worked on similar projects where there is a specific target audience.
The hiring manager is looking for candidates who have worked agency-side and have worked with large and complex clients. You will need to be able to work fast and have strong client relationship skills. You will work predominantly with internal stakeholders and be responsible for the Convalescent Plasma account and serve as the interface between the client and the Customer Marketing team.
Ideally worked as an Account Manager within a healthcare body previously
