The post holder may start the position while working remotely due to Covid-19, therefore all candidates must be able to work at home temporarily
Status: Fixed Term - 2 Years (Full Time)
Salary: £31,711 per annum

For over 50 years our client has been building a better childhood for all. Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP) is part of their family. LEAP is on a mission to reduce the barriers to involvement and isolation. They are reaching out to and working closely with families and communities across distinct Lambeth wards; including Stockwell, Coldharbour, Vassall and Tulse Hill, in order to positively impact and better the life chances of young children and babies aged 0-3 years.

As part of this work an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the LEAP team and play a key role in helping the partnership to build rich relationships with the community, whilst coordinating and liaising effectively with stakeholders in order to help implement, develop and monitor LEAP’s community engagement work.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the lives of others, they will have strong communication and people management skills with a desire to further challenge themselves
