Operations and Business Development Manager

Our charity provides a range of innovative services for people with mental health issues, those with learning disabilities, people over 60 and LGBT+ communities across Salford and Greater Manchester.

We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Business Development Manager to help to steer our growth and ensure that the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Operations and Business Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £32,400 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Salford
Hours:  37.5 hours per week

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Developing and delivering growth strategies and plans
• Managing and implementing new and existing services and projects
• Strategically leading and overseeing financial management of the organisation

An enhanced DBS check and comprehensive references will be required.
