This project delivers support to clients of the Helping Hands in Hardship project across Telford & Wrekin area in conjunction with Stay, Mind and Telford Crisis Support. The post holder will provide financial crisis support, in particular to those people affected financially or in respect of their mental health by COVID-19.

We are looking for someone with advice skills, experience in providing financial crisis support to vulnerable clients, as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,111 pa
Contract to: 31.01.2021 (in the first instance)
Responsible to: Operations Manager

The Deadline for applications is 12:00 noon on Monday 12th October 2020. We expect to short-list and contact candidates about their interview time by the following day. The interviews are likely to be on Monday 19th October
