Location
Midlands / North of England
Salary

Closing date

The Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) coalition is seeking a new Partnerships Manager to provide support to local areas across the Midlands and North of England. Working as part of our Local Networks team, you will support around nine local areas across either the East Midlands and the Humber or the West Midlands and North West, dependent on your location, to better coordinate their services for people facing multiple disadvantage and to create lasting change to local systems.

Each Partnership Manager supports a group of areas, but also brings to the team a specific specialism in criminal justice, homelessness, mental health, substance misuse or related services. For this post, we’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience of the substance misuse sector and an interest in systems thinking and systems change. The post will be employed by Homeless Link, but receive coaching and support  from Collective Voice, the national alliance of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery charities.

This is an exciting time both for the coalition and the local areas we support. The ambitious goals we have set for the coming years mean we are looking for an exceptional person with diverse skills and experience to join us. The role provides a unique opportunity to work with four leading national charities taking a collaborative approach to addressing some of the most complex and urgent challenges facing our society.

We are actively seeking to increase diversity and improve representation within our organisation and would welcome interest from people with direct experience of multiple disadvantage, from a black or minority ethnic background and/or with a disability.
