I'm working exclusively with a world-famous membership organisation on a permanent Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead paying £60k + benefits. The organisation has over 45,000 members worldwide and was founded over 150 years ago. The organisation promotes the practice of construction and building for the benefit of society. They also accredit university degrees, training and educational courses.

The organisation is located in Bracknell but has offices across the UK, including one in London. They are going through an exciting period of change and this is an integral role which will help them for many years to come.

The purpose of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead role job is to transform the organisations D&I both in the UK and globally. You will work across all areas of the organisation, pushing best practice, delivering on cultural change and propelling the organisation forward by making it a more inclusive environment to work in. You will educate, train and challenge all employees (including the Leadership team) to ensure that D&I is at the forefront of everything the organisation does.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead will report back to the Leadership team with findings, ensuring that targets and goals are met. You will have the opportunity to travel when safe to do so as well.

If you are a passionate D&I Lead with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in the non-profit sector this could be the ideal role for you. This is an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be able to leave a legacy and future proof the organisation for years to come. You must be results driven and be able to work independently on a daily basis.
