Our client’s Governance Team is looking for an organised and engaging Governance Assistant to join their dedicated team.
 
 
What you'll be doing 
Working as part of the Governance team, you will have a friendly and professional attitude and be driven by a desire to ensure good governance.
 
You’ll be an integral part of our client’s ongoing success: leading a comprehensive administrative support service. Your days will be varied and fast-paced, and you’ll be working with a range of colleagues and customers.  
 
You’ll be providing effective and efficient company secretarial services, including servicing some of their most senior committees; supporting various compliance and assurance functions; and administering key governance processes.  
 
What they’re looking for 
ICSA membership (or equivalent qualification) or demonstrable evidence of administration experience.   
The ability to work as part of a team and to take on a variety of roles. 
The ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to prioritise a varied workload. 
A track record of showing sensitivity and tact in handling conflict and determination to find a resolution.
 
When and where you'll be doing it 
Nominally working from the Head Office in Bath, with core hours of 37 hours/week you will be able to work flexibly.  You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments.
