We are looking to recruit a full time Senior Data Officer to join our fundraising team and manage our data processing and customer services function. You will be responsible for the daily line management of three direct reports. Two Customer Services Administrators who are required to deliver excellent support and customer service to our supporters and maintain the accuracy and integrity of our supporter database. The Fundraising Data Analyst who provides reliable, timely and qualitative information and reports to the fundraising team and other departments across the charity.
You will work in conjunction with the Director of Fundraising to produce detailed process plans to support our donor stewardship programme and identify patterns and trends in our supporter’s behaviour utilising our fundraising systems. You will also be responsible for the management of the processing of all charity income and provide routine management reports as required.
The role is permanent full time and is based within our head office in Snetterton; there is the option of home working on occasion.

Company
When our founder Ada Cole witnessed a procession of work-worn British horses unloaded at the docks of Antwerp and whipped for four miles to slaughter, she was determined to stop the appalling cruelty of these journeys. Ten years later our campaign succeeded, and 86 years on World Horse Welfare is still driven by the same desire to stop unnecessary suffering, using a practical approach and scientific evidence to deliver lasting change across the full spectrum of the horse world.
