We are looking for a team leader with a ‘can do’ attitude to join us in this newly developed role.  As a member of the management team, you will report to the Chief Officer and lead on the development and delivery of both our generalist and specialist advice services.

You will have experience of managing an advice service and supporting both paid and volunteer staff (including training).  You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as developing advice services and successfully supporting change.

You will have an eye for detail and be passionate about delivering an accessible and quality service to our clients – across a range of channels.

Whilst experience of working within Citizens Advice would be desirable, we will happily support the right person through Citizens Advice accredited training to enable them to carry out the role.

This role is available as either a full-time or part-time position. If you are interested in delivering this role part-time, we would look to appoint more than one candidate or offer further roles so that the workload is proportional to the hours.
