The TPP Fundraising team are supporting a leading children's charity with the search to a Senior Fundraiser vacancy (Supporter Development). This is a 6 month fixed term contract and will be based from the charity's head office in Central London.

In this role, you will report to the Fundraising Manager responsible for welcome and loyalty, as well as other supporter engagement programmes - you will hold responsibility for developing supporter engagement strategies and planning a programme of communications that compliment and optimise audience fundraising strategies, brand and acquisition spend and press and media coverage.

Specifically you will hold responsibility for:

- Working with fundraising managers to develop supporter engagement journeys to compliment and improve fundraising strategies
- Engaging with Acquisition, Brand, Press and other marketing teams to identify themes and content to develop a narrative for supporters, whilst optimising on the charities marketing spend and resource
- Working with members of the Supporter Development team to develop content to support agreed journeys
- Work with Supporter Engagement team to maximise cross sell opportunities and data selections

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of direct marketing and fundraising - specifically experience relating to: campaign management (including direct mail, digital, email and telephone); management of creative (external agencies and internal team); and monitoring and reporting of results and other financial data.
