We have an exciting opportunity for someone with benefits advice experience to join our team providing face to face, telephone and Web chat support for Universal Credit claimants. If you have a good understanding of the benefits system and would like to be involved in an innovative project then we would love to hear from you. Trainee positions considered for those with limited welfare benefits experience.
The successful applicant will provide advice and support to people enquiring about entitlement to Universal Credit, assist with helping them make a claim and to get their first payment on time and making sure they’re ready to manage it when it arrives.
