Job Details

TPP is proud to be working in an exclusive partnership with Guts UK to recruit for a Senior Individual Giving Manager. The role is permanent, paying £35,000 to £40,000 and can be based in London or Yorkshire.

About Guts UK

People are suffering. People are dying. All because of a lack of knowledge about our guts. Guts UK is the charity for digestive health. They exist to empower people affected by digestive conditions by providing expert, evidence-based information, and fund vital medical research into the gut, liver, and pancreas. Guts UK is a fast-growing charity with bold, ambitious plans for the future to find more answers, new treatments and save lives. It is time the UK got to grips with guts.

The Role

This position is key to Guts UK's growth; attracting new donors to support Guts UK making sure they receive a great supporter experience, and in turn, optimising the value of their supporter database. You will be tasked with driving the development and delivery of a modern and robust individual giving strategy and programme, with a goal to deliver long term, sustainable income. You will be a lead fundraising voice for Guts UK, striking a healthy balance between risk and return on investment in new fundraising endeavours. You will join a proud, engaged, and committed Guts UK charity team that punches way above its weight, and which has significant growth plans.

About you

You will be an expert in individual giving with a proven track record in supporter recruitment and development. You will have excellent creative, analytical, and relationship building skills along with technical acumen across a range of channels (online and offline). You will have team management experience and significant experience of developing successful acquisition campaigns. Finally, you will have an entrepreneurial flair, and the guts to take risks and test new means of generating income for the charity though new propositions or products.
