Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with an international educational charity, searching for a Board Secretary to join their team.

The role of the Secretary is primarily responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the meetings of the Board and its associated Committees; facilitating the delivery of the strategic objectives of the organisation. The Secretary will work with the Chair, Director-General, Trustees, staff and key stakeholders monitoring compliance with various legislative and regulatory requirements and ensuring the organisation operates in line with the principles of good governance. In the 6 months from September 2020 to February 2021 there will be a specific remit to deliver the outcomes of a recent Governance Review, managing the changes in accordance with the Royal Charter and Bye Laws. Board elections and the AGM will be key deliverables in this period.
