Salary: Band 6, £31,218 - £38,269 per annum, pro rata, dependent on experience, plus 5% Outer London Fringe Allowance

Combat Stress was established in 1919. We are the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression.
Today we provide UK-wide support to veterans from every service and every conflict, on the phone and online, in the community and at our treatment centres. We're on a mission to raise awareness that invisible injuries can be just as hard to cope with as physical ones. So, when a veteran is having a tough time, we're there to help tackle the past and to take on the future.
About the role:
We are looking for a senior HR Advisor with experience in evaluating and implementing change in pay and reward benefits.
The successful candidate must have significant experience in identifying the right job evaluation tool that is fit for the Charity, and the ability to research reward surveys from similar sectors, to enable continuous enhancement of our benefits.
You will also work with the HR team in the delivery of other short-term projects.

This role will be on a 6 months fixed term contract (part-time), with the view to extend. We offer flexible working, and you will mainly work from home as COVID-19 restrictions remain in place
