Head of Finance & Membership (Permanent contract)

Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing the finance function for a dynamic and forward looking organisation?  Do you have excellent written and interpersonal services combined with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy?

The Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists is the professional body for the UK’s more than 17,500 speech & language therapists. The Finance & Membership team provides a full accounting service to the RCSLT, including financial transactions processing, treasury, investment, audit, membership database management and subscription income collection, and associated reporting.

The Head of Finance & Membership manages the Finance and Membership teams and is accountable for all aspects of accounting and membership subscription processing.  They are responsible for all matters relating to corporation tax, gift aid and VAT, as well as management and statutory reporting.

  • Full time (35 hours / 5 days per week)
  • Permanent contract 
  • Salary: £48,547 (including LW)
  • Closing Date: 9am Monday 21 September 2020
