This charity delivers a series of innovative integration programmes focused on supporting migrants and refugees integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities including, language, employment support and cultural / community activities. They are seeking a Senior Outreach Officer to lead and co-ordinate outreach activity in South London.

As someone with outreach or community engagement experience, you will have a strong understanding of the challenges refugee and migrant communities face in London. You will have proven experience of building strong relationships with refugee and migrant communities and other organisations and service providers that are supporting migrant communities in London. 

The postholder will introduce, register and support clients throughout the individual’s time on the project. Attention to detail, secure data management and understanding of confidentiality are all essential to the role.

You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator, who enjoys working within a multi-disciplinary team to support the project clients. You will have experience in working towards targets and deadlines and will excel at managing your own workload.
