Database Officer – Maternity Cover

Database Officer Responsibilities:
They are looking for someone to provide maternity cover for the Database Officer role within the CRM team. This role provides key support for all of our offices in their use of our Salesforce CRM system, through importing donations, creating mailing files for fundraising activities, carrying out regular data hygiene routines and providing support for all users of the system.
Database Officer Requirements:
You should have experience of using databases and be confident in the updating and manipulation of data. Ideally, you will have experience of producing queries, creating mailing files and carrying out data imports. The ability to learn new processes and an understanding of the necessity for data hygiene and ensuring the accuracy of data held is essential, alongside a desire to learn new skills and build your knowledge of database systems. Previous knowledge of working with Salesforce or similar system within a fundraising team would be advantageous but not essential.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, interviews may take place via video link and the successful candidate may be required to be home based initially before moving to be based primarily at the company headquarters in Godalming, Surrey. Whilst there is some flexibility for home working the role will be mainly office based.

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum
