Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. We give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. We help with everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights.
We are looking for someone to enhance our organisational training capacity, for both staff and volunteers.
Funding: This role is initially funded by COVID-19 grants
Location: At home during COVID-19 restrictions but once it is safe to return, could be based in our offices in either Harrogate (HG1 5LX) office or Skipton (BD23 1FJ) or could be home based.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days a week of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Salary: £27,500 FTE based on 22.5 hours per week
Pension: We operate the NEST Pension Scheme
Contract: Temporary Contract until 31st March 2021 (there is the possibility of extension subject to future funding)
