We are excited to be looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Education Team based in our head office in Bristol.

Based in Bristol, with regional teams covering the United Kingdom and internationally, we employ 45 staff and have an annual turnover of around £3 million. Globally, ASDAN’s courses have been taken up in more than 30 countries, with key partners in China, Australia and the Middle East. As an awarding organisation, we are regulated by Ofqual in England, Qualification Wales and CCEA in Northern Ireland.
We are looking for a full time Compliance Manager, keen to bring their experience of regulation and compliance to a charity with a big heart, and exciting plans to further develop our qualifications portfolio to support our mission to engage, elevate and empower young people in greatest need. The Compliance Manager will lead on the development and management of the quality assurance and control systems of all ASDAN qualifications, to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Education Director (ASDAN’s Responsible Officer), the role will also be responsible for the management of the external moderation, centre approval and centre audit teams, as well as the line management of the Compliance Officer.
