Do you want to work for a dynamic national charity at the centre of shaping and responding to end of life issues at this challenging time? Hospice UK is seeking an outstanding Head of Digital Engagement to develop our digital strategy to help influence how the UK cares for people at the end of their lives.

Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice and end of life care. Working to ensure all adults and children living with a terminal condition receive the care and support they need, when they need it.

We believe that everyone, no matter who they are, where they are or why they are ill, should receive the best possible care at the end of their life. No one should die in avoidable pain or suffering.

The Head of Digital Engagement is responsible for the strategic planning, management and development of our web presence and digital channels. The post holder will support Hospice UK’s strategic objectives, increase online engagement with our stakeholders and ensure our mission, message and brand are promoted professionally and effectively.

We are looking for an experienced, skilled digital leader with a strong record of introducing and implementing a digital strategy, and able to develop and deliver a new Hospice UK website.

The Head of Digital Engagement is responsible for managing the digital team in the Campaigns and Communications unit, and championing digital engagement across Hospice UK. You will ensure high-quality delivery of websites, online marketing, online campaign engagement and social networks.

This is an exciting time to join Hospice UK as we work at the centre of the response to the coronavirus pandemic, leading the national hospices’ work with the NHS.

Details of the role can be found in the job description and person specification available on our website.
