TPP Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the most well know Children's charities around in their search for a Senior Fundraiser to work within one of the most successful Individual Giving teams in the market.

The role of Senior Fundraiser - Project Manager will sit within the products team and will play a critical role in sustaining their income by improving performance of their existing products as well as creating new ones that can be taken out to the market. The role will see you draft and agree on new products and the projects that go along with them. You will work with market data and insight to drive the product choices and what audiences to go out to. You will manage a selection of campaigns and projects, working across the departments to ensure they are delivered. You will set up reporting on all projects and report back to senior members of the team on their effectiveness.

They are looking for candidates to have substantial experience in Direct Marketing or Digital Fundraising, being able to manage the delivery of multiple campaigns at one time from end to end. You will have experience of working with third party agencies, managing the relationships as well as ensuring campaigns are delivered on time. Creative think who can develop new ideas and creative ways to achieve an end result.

This is a great role for anyone who has experience working within Individual Giving and is looking for a role that will utilise their skills but is slightly different to the normal role. If you want to hear more than apply within.
