We are small charity which seeks to improve the quality of life of those injured whilst serving for the UK’s Armed or Emergency Services primarily through the provision of fully funded, specially trained assistance dogs. The Charity has a strategy for growth and now seeks a Charity Manager to help identify the optimum structure for the Charity and move on the management of the Charity.

The successful applicant will be expected to work with the existing to staff, trustees and volunteers to understand the long term needs of the charity and to take on the day-to-day management of the Charity.

The Trustees ask that, at the end of the six month fixed term contract the successful applicant makes recommendations for the optimum organisation and processes that the Charity should adopt so as best to achieve the desired growth whist maintaining adherence to the Charities MOA and values.

The successful applicant will then be expected to implement these recommendations and take on full Line Management for the Charities staff.
