Description

• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to deliver a new strategic approach Internal communications across a range of digital and print platforms
• Support the tactical delivery of Internal communications globally
• Develop the internal communications channels with new and engaging content
• Supporting colleagues in the creation of engaging written content
• Support the administration and delivery of the Internal communications working group meetings, monitoring actions and delivery deadlines
• Taking control of the Intranet to ensure content is updated and refreshed and identify where it should be made available in different languages and or channels to ensure maximum reach
• Manage resources in line with agreed budgets and objectives
• collaborate closely with colleagues from the marketing,communications, and the Director Generals Office
• Support the Marketing & Communications team in managing crisis communications issues using internal channels

Profile

• Creative and analytic flair with the ability to influence others
• Demonstrable experience in planning and delivering internal communications campaigns, highlighting complex communication messages
• Experience supporting broader business and cooperate objectives through communications activity
• Strong understanding of managing sensitive and complex communications messages
• Demonstrable experience of measuring and evaluating campaign success
• Ability to to work collaboratively with colleagues across locations, disciplines and seniority
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Passion about delivering high quality customer service

Job Offer

Salary - £29,000/ Annum plus a generous pension scheme
