About the role:

Their vision is one of growing stronger communities; places where people have access to the best life chances and opportunities to learn and earn.  They are currently looking for a Head of Financial and Digital Inclusion to help support this vision by developing and delivering the group’s business plan. 

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending strategy, develop operational practice and deliver activity in relation to the implementation of the business plan with a particular focus on financial and digital inclusion. 
  • Generating income for social investment and plans for the delivery of activities which have social impact. 
  • Outlining the priorities and align the appropriate resources to meet the operational plans and deliver the business plan and Group Corporate Plan. 
  • Working with external partners to identify trends and opportunities. 

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience of implementing strategies, policies, operational plans and managing risk. 
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of national agenda and current policy issues in the housing sector and best practice in the field, including social impact methodologies.
  • Leadership and management experience at senior level to include performance and change management.
  • A background of implementing innovative solutions and approaches to service delivery.
  • Relevant experience of generating income and obtaining grant funding.
