Contract type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent

Reports to: Director of Fundraising and Communications

Working with: - Colleagues in the Fundraising and Communications Team                             - Colleagues across L’Arche Communities in the UK

Responsible for: N/A

Location: Manchester, UK (with some travel across the UK, and occasional weekend and evening work)

Terms: Salary £25,192; annual leave 25 days plus 8 public holidays

Context

Purpose of post

We are looking for a dedicated, creative and flexible Digital Lead who is passionate about digital fundraising and communications and can move the dial forward on L’Arche’s digital strategy to ensure a strong presence that is integrated across all fundraising and communications initiatives. Your experience of developing and implementing effective digital fundraising strategies will allow L’Arche to maximise its visibility, fundraising potential and communication with our supporters.

You will have a strong understanding of websites, a range of social and other media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Googleplus, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Medium etc) supported by an in-depth knowledge of emerging trends and the use of analytics to inform and build strategy.
