This well known, highly respected mental health charity are looking for an eCommerce professional to come and join their team on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week) on a 4 month FTC.

Within this role you can look forward to joining the insight and innovation team who are responsible for developing new revenue streams for the charity. You will be play a vital role in the development and delivery of the charity's online shop. You will be building upon the first year of operations/prototyping to ensure grow of their online retail presence. You will manage the online shop, liaising with key internal and external partners, and take ownership of the development of the shop, including testing, content, sales reports and analytics. Further to this, you will oversee the marketing of the shop, and contribute to the development of the charity's retails strategy, to ensure they are optimising their offer across all e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong experience in E-Commerce
  • Have a strong track record in the developing of online retail strategy's
  • Experience using retail analysis tools (Shopify or equivalent)
  • Have strong digital marketing experience
  • Available at relatively short notice
