Prospectus is thrilled to be collaborating with an inspirational national charity to recruit their new Communications and Digital Officer. Our client is an award-winning frontline organisation who specialise in the rehabilitation of prisoners and offenders.

The Communications and Digital Officer will play a pivotal role across digital, social media and print channels being involved in copywriting, digital contents editing and the production of compelling video. The post-holder will oversee interns, will spearhead our client's media monitoring and will be responsible for the production of digital contents from A to Z. You will also be responsible for maintaining win-win relationships with external creative agencies and web development organisations. Last but not least, you will provide insightful information across the organisation with the aim to maximise the impact of our client's social media channels.

To be successful, you need to have outstanding written communication skills, strong knowledge of SEO and demonstrable experience of managing web sites and engagement on social media channels. Alongside a solid capability of data analysis, you will have IT literacy, technical design skills and ideally, some exposure to video production. Moreover, event management experience and an understanding/interest of the criminal justice system are desirable.
