This is a potentially career-accelerating role for an ambitious, committed development professional to join a leading cultural organisation. The Head of Development will have an overview of the organisation’s fundraising across all income streams, working towards an overall target of £3.5m by 2021.

Directly responsible for a portfolio of major donors and line managing two staff, the Head of Development will lead on the delivery of the Development Strategy, ensuring growth of philanthropic and public sector income.  

With new venues and events opening in 2020 this is a particularly special moment to take the lead on Fundraising and explore the wealth of opportunity for engaging with supporters and prospects in new and innovative ways.
