Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with a leading health organisation to appoint their new Community Fundraising Project Manager. This post is vital to the success of the Community Fundraising Team and will take the lead on an exciting portfolio of community fundraising projects across the entire division.

Specifically, the Community Fundraising Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the community fundraising team's objectives, producing fundraising products, tools, and materials to enable the organisation's supporter to fundraise effectively. The Manager will drive new supporter acquisition through these activities and will be a central colleague in a committed and driven fundraising team. You will project manage a variety of priorities and community fundraising products across the team of 22 and will line manage two coordinators.

The selected candidate will be able to manage multiple projects from inception to delivery and bring colleagues along to achieve organisational and divisional goals. You will be comfortable working under pressure and will be able to effectively identify opportunities to improve processes and products. You'll also be able to keep up to date with fundraising and community fundraising best practice for the benefit of delivering projects for the community fundraising team and the supporters of the organisation.
