Prospectus is excited to be supporting a leading international business school in their search for a new Development Manager - Major Gift. You will be joining a successful and collaborative team who are currently preparing to launch a school-wide fundraising campaign to raise £250m in support of a world-class faculty, research, learning facilities and diverse send community. As the Development Manager - Major Gifts, you will play an integral role to planning for the future ambitions for the school and the campaign. Your role will involve proactively managing a substantive, well-established portfolio of prospects/HNWI donors to deliver gifts at 5 to 6 figure level. You will work closely with the Prospect Research team to identify new potential supporters and will attend events to develop contact networks and cultivate relationships.

To be considered for the role you will have previous experience of working in the beyond profit space within major donor, face-to-face fundraising; previous higher education or cultural sector fundraising is not essential. You will need to be comfortable working to targets and will have previously 'made the ask' at 5 to 6 figure level.
