Prospectus is delighted to be supporting Anna Freud National Centre in their search for a Finance Manager for a 9 month fixed term contract. The Anna Freud Centre is the leading national charity supporting young minds through innovative therapeutic practice, training and research. Our vision is a world in which children, young people and their families are effectively supported to build on their own strengths to achieve their goals in life.
The overall purpose of this role is to act as a business partner to different programmes within the centre, providing regular reporting and support to heads of programme and service, equipping them with the information they need to make the necessary decisions for their programme and the centre. You will deliver quality financial reporting for Finance Committee and Programmes that highlights key issues and promotes corrective action, develop cashflow and KPI reporting and prepare financial reports to support tenders for grants and contracts.
To be successful as a Finance Manager, you will have experience providing sound financial analysis, have a high level or numeracy skills, the ability to meet deadlines and a keen eye for detail. Having financial experience within a charity setting is a must and it's a bonus if you have used Access Finance system.
