A leading health charity located in central London. They work to improve the health of people living in the UK, as well as improving the healthcare system and funding research.

Description

Working as a part of a hard working and ambitious marketing and communications team, you will develop and implement integrated communications strategies to meet the objectives of the charity. This is a broad role that will involve working with colleagues across digital marketing, public affairs and media to:

  • Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies to reach and influence and targeted audiences of the charity
  • Take a leading role in brand management and corporate communications
  • Create strong relationships with teams across digital marketing, public affairs and media to collaboratively produce appropriate marketing and communications activities
  • Develop audience insights including customer journeys to inform the marketing of charity projects, products and services
  • Encourage and lead the use of CRM within the communications team
  • Evaluate communications activities and suggest improvements
  • Line manage a marketing officer

Profile

You will be a marketing and communications allrounder with experience across integrated communications, digital, brand management, internal communications and events. You will have worked in the charity sector either in a senior marketing officer or manager position. Within your previous roles you will have had experience:

* Developed integrated marketing communications strategies including the use of marketing, events, brand management, media, internal communications and digital.

* Utilised CRM and audience insights to influence marketing plans, including the use of audience mapping, segmentation and customer journey

* Worked with colleagues across digital marketing, media and public affairs to coordinate marketing activities

* Worked with external suppliers to ensure the production of marketing materials meets internal standards

* Maintaining and improving a charity brand and ensuring all communications are in line

Job Offer

This is a permanent, full time role paying £44,000-£47,000 per annum plus benefits.
