Do you have passion for your work, a commitment to excellence and a desire to support some of the most vulnerable and excluded people in our communities? Could you support us to make positive lasting changes in people’s lives?
Providence Row works with more than a thousand homeless and vulnerably housed people a year in East London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, recovery and learning and training programmes. Our aim is to ensure that people who are so often excluded from mainstream services gain the support and opportunities they need to create a safe, healthy and sustainable life away from the streets. Central to our work are our core values of Compassion, Respect, Inclusiveness, Empowerment and Justice. These inform the content, style and delivery of all our services.
Our service is on the front line of both homelessness prevention and the local response to rough sleeping.
The ideal candidate
You will have previous experience of successfully developing, implementing and maintaining a database that operates effectively across a range of service and project types to provide consistent, accurate and relevant outcome and impact analysis. You have excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people. You have a commercial edge to your approach, as well as a real interest in social justice. You enjoy working flexibly in a small team, responding to varying demands from time to time.
