I am thrilled to partner with an emerging visionary foundation as we lead the search for an Engagement Coordinator to join them on their journey and succeed in an entirely new position within their small, yet dedicated and highly passionate team. This is an incredible opportunity to develop professionally while also being at the forefront of a social movement that's engaged with an eclectic and high profile network of prominent leaders across government, business and civil society.
The Engagement Coordinator will manage the day to day coordination of their online education platform, ensuring high quality engagement is maintained across their network while also being involved with the production of the foundation's newsletters and core communications materials that will be delivered to a range of different audiences. You will also oversee the logistical arrangements around a number of high profile events and will liaise with attendees and speakers while succeeding in this capacity.
Within this multifaceted role you will be immersed across a range of areas and involved in everything from logistics, event coordination, marketing and administration. Excitingly, given the breadth of this position and the nature of working within a start-up foundation, you will have the chance to shape and develop this position as priorities change and the organisation succeeds towards its mission.
We are seeking a talented professional with an interest in sustainability and the environment, somebody who wants to strive within a fast moving team and who will thrive in a changing work environment. You will have experience of office administration having ideally worked in a similar capacity. It is also desirable that you have been involved to some degree with the logistical coordination of events or programmes. It is essential that you have both strong verbal and written English and that you are confident in your ability to write engaging and professional communications for a range of high-profile professionals across industries.
