Position: Head of Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships

Location: Head Office/London Bridge

Hours: Monday – Friday

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £54,288 rising to £55,224 per annum after 1 year

The Head of Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships will be delivering an ambitious, new, five-year Fundraising Strategy, securing income from a range of voluntary funders and corporate partners.

The Role

The Head of Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships will sit within the Fundraising, Communications and Campaigns Department that delivers the external engagement strategy. In recent years, they have developed a strong track record with trusts and foundations and corporate partnerships. Highlights include:

 

  • Digital products for domestic abuse prevention such as the Bright Sky app developed in partnership with Vodafone.
  • Everyone’s Business programme that puts employers at the heart of tackling abuse and now works with over 50 forward-thinking employers.
  • Counselling programme for survivors of modern slavery and volunteer-led, long-term support through the Phoenix project with support from the Coop, HSBC and Hogan Lovells.

About You

As Head of Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships, you will have:

  • Significant fundraising experience at a senior management level, with good knowledge of a range of traditional and innovative fundraising methods and practices.
  • Demonstrable experience of building strong and trusting relationships with corporates.
  • A track record of growing significant income generation, including raising unrestricted income.
  • A creative and innovative approach in all aspects of work.
  • Experience of leading and managing a small but diverse team and of managing large budgets.
  • The ability to manage projects whilst working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.
