We're proud to be working with one of the UK's leading autistic research charities to recruit a new Major Donor Manager to the fundraising team.

This position will lead on developing a new and exciting era for major donor fundraising within the charity and will have an emphasis on growing a pipeline of donors through cultivation events, donor peer networking and using existing influential networks with a view to moving them along the stewardship journey. You will ensure that that all donors and supporters have an excellent experience with a view to securing long term support. You will work across teams to maximise fundraising and engagement opportunities and lead on our recently established legacy fundraising strategy.

This role is crucial to the delivery of a significant change in growth of the major donor programme whilst ensuring all fundraising activities are in line with the mission, vision and values. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success in major donor fundraising coupled with a strong track record of personally delivering defined and challenging goals.
