Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with Tavistock Relationships, an internationally renowned charity that provides a range of affordable counselling and psychological services to support service users experiencing challenges in their relationships, their sexual life, and parenting. They are currently looking for a Senior Project and Contracts Administrator to join their Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) Programme, an exciting new development, trialling a range of different interventions intended to strengthen couple and co-parenting relations, particularly in unemployed families.

As their Senior Projects and Contracts Administrator, you will support the Programme Manager in ensuring tight contract delivery and compliance requirements are met. The RPC Programme is funded by the DWP and is a payments by results service, and as such this is a pivotal role for the charity. Working collaborative with your colleagues, you will be responsible for reviewing cases to ensure all compliance is completed and recorded accurately, whilst communicating effective with a diverse range of stakeholders including funders, practitioners, sub-contractors and leadership staff.

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident, bright and process driven individual with an exceptional eye for detail. A strong administrator, you will have previous experience of working with complex contracts and have the ability to identify and monitor key delivery targets. Due to the nature of this role, experience of working with external delivery partners combined with outstanding compliance experience is essential, as is excellent IT and communication skills. Finally, whilst not essential experience working with Salesforce is ideal.
